Due to the extreme temperatures forecasted over night, the Annawan School District will be utilizing an e-learning day tomorrow. Temperatures are supposed to rise enough throughout the day tomorrow to alleviate the extreme cold warning issued by the National Weather Service. We are hoping for a return to school on Wednesday. Please continue to encourage students to work on their class work, and as always, if a student needs a lunch please contact the building principal. Stay safe and warm.

Annawan events update 1/10 - JH boys basketball with United (1/10) has been postponed. HS girls LTC tournament games 1/10 and 1/13 have been cancelled. New schedule: Wednesday, January 17 vs Princeville at West Central 6:00 with a win will play Saturday, January 20 at 5:30 at West Central, with a loss will play at 4:00.

High School Boys Chili Supper -

Due to the sustained snow and the winds picking up, Annawan School District will be using a 2nd E-Learning day tomorrow (1/10). Please stay safe. As a reminder, if a child needs a meal please contact the building administrator. Also, encourage your students to get on his/her google classroom and/or folders and work on the assignments given by our staff.

High school boys basketball - just a reminder that tonight's game (1/3) will be a 5:30 start at Wethersfield.

High School Basketball - High School Girls Basketball will be playing in the championship game of the Lady Bruin Classic at St. Bede today (12/28) at 4:00. High School Boys Basketball will be playing in the semifinals today (12/28) at LaMoille at 6:00. With a win, they will advance to Friday (12/29) championship game at 6:00, with a loss, will play at 4:30.

ACES (Annawan Community Educational Support) will be selling raffle tickets at the high school boys basketball game tonight (12/19). Tickets are $1 each and there are 9 awesome raffle baskets to enter to win. All funds raised go directly towards supporting Annawan students, teachers, and staff. Basket raffle prizes will be drawn on Thursday December 21st.
